Last updated: June 16, 2026
Welcome to Arnold. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the
developer of Arnold, a solo developer trading as Skorm ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading,
installing, or using the Arnold app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the App.
The App
Arnold is a personal productivity app for managing tasks, building visual goal maps, and
journaling. Your content is stored locally on your device. The App is provided for your personal,
non-commercial use.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also release
updates, and some features may require you to install the latest version.
Your content and responsibilities
Everything you create in Arnold — your tasks, goals, and journal entries — is yours, and it is
stored on your device. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups (for
example, through Apple's device backup). Because your content is stored locally and not on our
servers, we cannot recover content that is lost due to device loss, device failure, deletion of
the App, or any other reason.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to reverse-engineer it except as
permitted by law, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy (https://arnoldapp.org/privacy) explains what limited,
anonymous data the App processes and what stays on your device. By using the App, you also agree
to the Privacy Policy.

accordance with Apple's policies. We do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds
directly. You can request a refund through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to your purchase.

(EULA), the following apply:
No Apple responsibility or warranty. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or
support services for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the
App, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or
regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.Warranty. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may
notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent
permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.Intellectual property claims. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense,
settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's

Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed
on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, name, and branding, is owned by Skorm and protected by
intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable,
non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance
with the App Store Terms of Service. We grant you no other rights.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or
that it will meet your requirements. You use the App at your own risk. Arnold is a productivity

limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before
the claim, or (b) USD $50.

expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation
of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access to
the App or its features if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive
termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and
indemnification) will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States , without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will
be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the
right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer
rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
